Octaprints is a custom t-shirt printing company that offers customization to their t-shirts at a great value to the consumer. Upon placing an order, octaprints.com shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the service.

Delivery

You will be given various options for the delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. On placing your order, you will be updated about the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to the delay in delivery.

Returns & Refund

We are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. Any return which comes to us can’t be sold to any other customer that’s why we try our 100% to give you a high-quality product to make you 100% satisfied.

In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same. To process the return, customers will need to reach out to our customer care team at info@octaprints.com or call at +919871102144 for further guidance.

Cancellation Policy

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at info@octaprints.com or call at +919871102144, we will process full refund if cancelled with 24 hours of order placed.

After 24 hours or once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
